Junior User Acquisition Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager who will effectively scale traffic acquisition on major Social platforms to achieve the company's business goals in a team with a mentor 🔥

Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing.

2. Practical experience in buying ads on Meta and/or TikTok and/or Snapchat.

3. Knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.

4. Organized and structured approach to work.

5. Ability to take responsibility and work for results.

6. Critical thinking, love of calculations and a desire to back up words with numbers.

7. Flexibility, ability to adapt to constant changes.

The team expects you to:

1. Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.

2. Analyzing campaign results by key metrics and finding the most effective traffic acquisition strategies.

3. Collaboration with product and creative teams to create new hypotheses for testing.

4. Market analysis, identification of successful market practices and their adaptation to our needs.
