Hard skills required for the position:

1. At least 2 years of experience in user acquisition. At least 3 months of experience working with mobile applications is a must.
2. Expertise in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
3. Experience working with other networks will be a plus.
4. Deep understanding of key marketing principles, user pains, and ways to manipulate them.
5. A good understanding of the creative production process.
6. A hacker mindset – the ability to find alternative ways to achieve goals, bypassing bottlenecks and hurdles.
7. Cognitive empathy - the ability to understand user pains and needs.
8. Understanding of basic marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV.
9. Strong analytical skills in working with data, numbers, and metrics.
10. Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level.
11. A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research to choose relevant networks and develop a strategy for launching a new product. 2. Implementing the UA strategy and meeting KPIs in terms of the results of the launches.
3. Step-by-step optimisation of the testing process to increase the efficiency.

2. Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and iterate on business strategies and product roadmaps.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and investors.
5. Deep understanding of mobile product development, UX/UI design, and technology trends.
6. A background in startup development, growth strategies, and venture capital or fundraising will be an added advantage.

‍1. Development and implementation of the overall business strategy, guiding the mobile startup from inception to market success.
2. Building and leading a high-performing team by hiring, coaching, and managing top talents.
3. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to establish and execute the product roadmap, ensuring the timely development and launch of a competitive mobile app.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute an impactful go-to-market strategy, effectively positioning the startup's brand, and driving user acquisition and growth.
5. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimizing the startup's financial performance.
6. Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and track the startup's progress, pinpointing areas for enhancement and stimulating ongoing growth and innovation.
