Kiss My Apps is a co-founding company that helps launch and grow new tech products. Privacy and data protection are core values in our work.

Within the framework of cooperation and communication with you, we could act as Controller of your personal data, and you will be recognized as a data subject.

We undertake to process your request within the timeframe stipulated by the GDPR, which is one month. If this period is not enough time to provide a response to the request, we may extend this period, but not more than one more month, and we will notify you of such delay.

There are various types of data we collect for processing. In particular, such data may include:

1. Name. First and last name.

2. Location. The general geographical location of a user is determined by IP address.

3. Contact information (phone number and e-mail). In most cases, we use this info if you apply your CV for open positions in KMA or in clothes cases, like data subject requests etc.

4. IP address. Used for analytics and security purposes.

5. Device information. Information about the type of device (mobile, tablet, desktop) to ensure website responsiveness. 

6. Browser type and version. Information about the user's browser to ensure compatibility and track usage.

7. Operating system. Information about the user's operating system for analytics and optimization purposes.

9. Usage data. Data about the user's behavior on the site, including clicks, scrolls, and other interactions.

10. Session data. Information about a user's session may include time spent on the site, pages viewed, and interactions with site elements.

11. URL. The URL of the previous page from which the user came used to analyze traffic.

12. Information from your CV (info about education, job experience, etc.). We use this data to offer you relevant positions and business opportunities in KMA.

We’ll not use the information gained through your use of our software and other frameworks for advertising or similar services or sell it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it under the law. We don't allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes.

We will not process personal data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by you in accordance with Section "Types of data we collect" of this privacy notice or collect any personal data that is not required for the mentioned purposes.

Some of those employees, contractors, and affiliated or other third-party organizations may be located either within or outside of the USA, EU or the European Economic Area (EEA); by using our software, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.

These parties help us with the support of some features of our software, storage of Personal Data, analyzing your data and showing relevant information about the software to us when you use the service, to understand how you use the software, engage with particular features, and what you like or dislike the most to generate statistical reports.

We also use Google Tag Manager technology. This helps us analyze conversion information from the Google Ads advertising tool.

We may disclose User provided and automatically collected Information:

a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

We don’t use user data for sale (or any other commercial activity) to other companies. User’s data is used solely to ensure the functionality of the software.
