AI Prompt Engineer
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer who will help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role:You will be the first specialist in the business unit who will be fully responsible for the integration and development of AI solutions in a product for learning foreign languages. This is a hands-on position for those who want to not only formulate tasks, but also implement them independently through tools, integrations, and experiments.
Your tasks
1. Participation in the development of functionality for learning English using AI.
2. Building automation logic using No-code/Low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n).
3. Interaction with experts to evaluate and improve the quality of educational content.
4. Integration of third-party AI solutions into the product backend in close collaboration with developers and analysts.
5. Working with LangChain, LLM API, and other tools to customize the user experience.
6. Working closely with the product and marketing teams to meet key user needs.
7. Product analytics and continuous improvement of AI features based on feedback.
8. Creating internal documentation on AI integrations and processes.
9. Testing hypotheses and researching the market/competitors to implement new AI applications.
What we expect from you
1. One year of experience in integrating AI solutions into products or processes.
2. Experience working with No-code/Low-code platforms: Make, Zapier, n8n, LangChain.
3. Ability to formulate clear, logically structured prompts.Experience working with LLM API, AI framework, or other generative tools.
4. Strong technical skills: from configuration to integration, independent testing, and debugging.
5. High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
6. Clear communication and experience in cross-functional interaction with technical and product teams.
Will be a plus
1. Experience in building AI products or agents from scratch.
2. Experience with product hypotheses and A/B testing.
3. Experience in conducting market and competitive research.
