Creative Marketing Manager (Google&Meta)
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager who will help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role: You will be the driver of creative strategy for our products, working with Google, Meta, and Networks channels. This is an opportunity not only to generate ideas, but also to build processes, influence the development of AI applications in various niches, and directly manage the creation of converting creatives that scale the business.
Your tasks
1. Developing and implementing creative strategies for promoting mobile applications (Utilities, AI, Education).
2. Generating hypotheses and setting technical tasks for motion designers.
3. In-depth analysis of creative effectiveness (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and data-driven decision making.
4. Conducting regular competitive analysis and searching for new approaches in the market.
5. Structural analysis of creatives: breaking them down into elements to identify best practices.
6. Close collaboration with the UA team to purchase traffic and scale successful connections.
7. Participation in brainstorming sessions and implementation of insights to improve products.
What we expect from you
1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at a product company.
2. Understanding of performance marketing principles and the specifics of working with Google, Meta, and advertising networks.
3. Ability to work with metrics and analyze the results of advertising campaigns.
4. Proactivity and ownership: you don't wait for instructions, but offer solutions and take responsibility for the result.
