Data Analyst
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for a Data Analyst who will help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role:You will work in a cross-functional analytics team that supports several departments simultaneously. You will take ownership of your area of responsibility: from building SQL queries and Python scripts to developing the technical reporting infrastructure. This is an opportunity to dive into deep analytics in a product environment with a subscription-based business model, be autonomous, and influence key metrics such as LTV, retention, and churn.
Your tasks
1. Analysis of product and business metrics: cohort, retention, churn, attrition, etc.
2. Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and processing.
3. Creating Python scripts for report automation and model building.
4. Participating in the development and maintenance of analytical reporting infrastructure.
5. Building predictive models and validating hypotheses based on statistics.
6. Collaborating with analysts from other domains and cross-functional teams.
7. Proactive work on tasks: searching for opportunities to improve the product through data.
What we expect from you
1. One year of experience as a Data Analyst.
2. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large amounts of data.
3. Practical experience with Python, in particular with pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn libraries.
4. Knowledge of statistics, ability to build simple predictive models.
5. Understanding of cohort analysis, retention, churn, and rebill rate principles.
6. Understanding of the subscription business model and factors affecting LTV.
7. Technical or mathematical education.
8. Analytical thinking, independence in solving problems.
9. English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
Will be a plus
1. Experience with mobile app analytics.
2. Understanding of the nuances of subscription-based monetization.
