Data Analyst (Operation)
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year over year, and we are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role: you will join the department responsible for the stability of operational reporting and the accuracy of business data. In this role, you will automate reporting, identify and eliminate data discrepancies, and develop frameworks for working with large-scale analytical tasks.
Your tasks
1. Automation of operational reporting (Tableau, Google Sheets).
2. Support for planning and financial reporting frameworks (P&L, Cash Flow).
3. Identification and elimination of data discrepancies, including reconciliation with external sources (App Store Connect, Appfigures, etc.).
4. Setting up alerts to validate data in reports and monitor its accuracy.
5. Close collaboration with the operations team: communication, task prioritization, context transfer to the data team, support for data-driven decision-making.
What we expect from you
1. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
2. Experience working with Tableau or other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense).
3. Practical experience working with SQL.
4. Experience working with Python (Pandas, Numpy, and other libraries for working with data).
5. Confident skills working in Excel/Google Docs.
6. Understanding of key product and marketing metrics (CR, ROI, LTV).
7. Attention to detail, passion for building logical cause-and-effect relationships, curiosity.
8. English language proficiency at B1 level.
Will be a plus
1. Experience in automating and forecasting financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow).
2. Understanding of budgeting and planning principles in product or tech companies.
