Head of Accounting and Reporting

Your tasks
1. Full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function across the Group.
2. Supervise timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure compliance with statutory regulatory requirements.
3. Lead a team of accountants and financial reporting specialists — with the unique opportunity to build it from the ground up.
4. Lead the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial reporting packages, including consolidated reports.
5. Manage and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
6. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and financial reporting systems.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers (auditors, accounting advisors, consultants).
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial data accuracy, process transparency, and cross-functional alignment.
What we expect from you
1. 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting roles.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience with consolidated group reporting.
3. Proven experience in successful passing audits conducted by reputable international audit firms.
4. Experience with ERP implementation and financial systems configuration (Odoo, Zoho, Quickbooks).
5. High proficiency and hands-on experience in preparing a full set of financial statements.
6. Track record of managing a team of at least 5 specialists.
7. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
8. English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
9. ACCA or equivalent qualification will be a plus
10. Previous experience at a Big 4 firm would be a significant plus.
