Head of Marketing
Kiss My Apps is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we understand that the main driver of this growth is the strong team we have already assembled. To scale even faster, we are looking for Head of Marketing to lead a key business unit of the company, which combines several business units focused on utilities products of various scales.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. Experience in managing teams and processes (management).
2. Experience in hiring and team building (hiring).
3. Multi-channel marketing experience with large performance budgets (Google and Meta, other channels are a plus).
4. Ability to build and scale creative factories and maintain their stable operation.
Your tasks
1. Managing the current marketing team (3 departments, 8–9 people).
2. Conducting an audit of the current state of marketing at Tribe.
3. Identifying growth points and areas for optimization.
4. Developing a marketing strategy for the business unit.
5. Implementing and monitoring the execution of the strategy (delivery).
6. Completing the team in accordance with the needs of the strategy.
