Head of Payment

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year over year, and we are looking for a Head of Payment who will help us scale even faster.

Briefly about the role: you will manage the creation, scaling, and improvement of our own payment processing platform, which will support all of the company's internal products. This is an opportunity to scale a full-fledged payment product — with powerful technical architecture and real potential to process $1 billion over the next 3 years.
Your tasks
1. Developing and implementing a payment product strategy that covers all internal project needs.
2. Full cycle management of the Payment Team: from setting tasks to evaluating results.
3. Developing payment infrastructure: both internal (product architecture) and external (integration with banks, PSPs, gateways, MoR).
4. Establishing cooperation with payment service providers in different jurisdictions.
5. Risk management in the field of payments at the infrastructure level.
6. Continuous improvement of payment analytics, including authorizations, chargeback rates, refund flows, etc.
7. Making strategic decisions on product monetization.
What we expect from you
1. 3+ years of experience in product or payment roles.
2. Experience managing system components or product teams
3. Deep understanding of payment processing: cards, alternative methods, anti-fraud solutions.
4. Technical expertise in the field of payments and experience interacting with payment providers.
5. Knowledge of KYC procedures and banking compliance.
6. Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of data.
7. Upper-Intermediate+ level English.
Will be a plus
1. Experience with anti-fraud services.
2. Experience integrating third-party services, creating technical specifications, and developing roadmaps.
3. Experience with recurring payments and product analytics.
4. Experience managing a team.
