Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1.  You have at least 2 years of experience in IT companies or organizations with a matrix structure and strong horizontal relationships and working in the Zero HR concept.
2. You understand the peculiarities of building HR processes in a period of active business growth.
3. You know how to combine strategy and practice: plan, manage processes, and implement projects independently.
4. You know how to build a corporate culture, work with the life cycles of organizations, company structure, and types of management.
Will be a plus:
1. You have experience working with budgets and understand the financial impact of HR initiatives.
2. Have experience in managing teams.
The team expects you to:
1.  Employee cycle: development and implementation of efficient and scalable HR processes. Key areas of focus for the role: work with performance, talent density, and talent pool.
2. Business unit support: advising and supporting 80+ employees and managers on all issues related to the employee life cycle.
3. Automation of HR processes: development and optimization of business processes with subsequent integration into the HRM system.
4. Corporate culture: development of the company's culture through the introduction of modern approaches, such as spiral dynamics, principles of different types of management, and life cycles of organizations.
