Junior Operations Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a proactive and flexible Junior Operations Manager to handle operational tasks and be the main contact for business units. This role requires ownership, problem-solving, and proactive communication. We value adaptability, initiative, and a results-driven mindset. Hard and soft skills required for the position:

1. Google Sheets – basic formulas, tables, filters.

2. Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Gmail) – basic knowledge of working with documents and emails.

3. Basic data collection and analysis.

4. Basic presentation skills (Canva, Google Slides, etc.)

5. Event & Logistics Coordination.

6. Project & Process Management - Information retrieval skills - quickly finding needed answers and solutions

7. Logical and structured writing - ability to present thoughts clearly and in a logical, coherent sequence in written form

9. English proficiency – B1 and above.

The team expects you to:

1. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for infrastructure team employees.

2. Organize team events, including team buildings, corporate gatherings, and business trips.

3. Manage corporate merchandise orders and welcome box distribution.

4. Coordinate collaboration with students.

5. Process and track social package requests.

6. Communicate with app buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.

7. Search for and evaluate potential apps for purchase.

8. Maintain and update reports on app sales.

9. Process co-founding requests and manage related documentation.

10. Audit, improve, and implement new internal processes for efficiency.
