Junior Product Manager
About the Role:
You’ll be working with Chillio, a wellbeing app that helps users build healthy habits, take better care of themselves, understand their emotions, stay focused, and achieve their goals.Chillio has already achieved positive unit economics and continues to scale rapidly. Your main area of responsibility will be web funnels — building, optimizing, and adapting them for different user segments. This is an opportunity to propose ideas, test hypotheses, influence key metrics, and grow alongside a strong product team.
Your tasks
1. Generate hypotheses to improve the product experience and validate them through A/B tests and analytics.
2. Closely collaborate with the product designer, developers, and marketing team during weekly sprints.
3. Work with product metrics, unit economics, conversions, and growth opportunities.
4. Analyze user behavior, identify new segments, and adapt user flows accordingly.
5. Participate in quarterly product planning and help shape the web direction roadmap.
6. Maintain documentation of hypotheses, decisions, research, and results.
What we expect from you
1. At least 6 months of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager, User Acquisition Manager, or in a related role.
2. Solid understanding of product analytics fundamentals: working with metrics, unit economics, hypothesis generation, and testing.
3. Growth mindset — curiosity about user behavior and a constant search for new growth opportunities.
4. English level B2+ — ability to understand professional terminology and work with English-language content.
5. Initiative, openness to feedback, and fast learning ability.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
7. Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the product direction.
