Middle Finance&Legal Operations Manager

Kiss My Apps is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we understand that the main driver of this growth is the strong team we have already assembled.  To scale even faster, we are looking for a Middle Finance & Legal Operations Manager who will build a transparent and stable financial-legal infrastructure, free our teams from routine tasks, and implement efficient processes.
Your tasks
1. Finance & Legal Infrastructure

Open and maintain legal entities and bank accounts “end-to-end” so the business runs without interruptions.
Control taxes, financial operations, and documentation (invoices, acts, statements) ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Create and update SOPs, perform financial and legal audits to identify risks and bottlenecks.
2. Contractor Management

Optimize processes, control invoices, pricing, and SLA compliance to ensure reliable collaboration.
3. Reporting

Manage Cash Flow and P&L.
Collaborate with the analytics team to automate and improve financial reporting accuracy.
The team expects you to:
1. 2+ years of experience as a Finance & Legal Operations Manager (or similar role).

2. Confident use of Google Sheets & Docs (pivot tables, formulas, templates).

3.Understanding of financial basics (VAT, invoicing, basic accounting).

4.Strong attention to detail, structure, and analytical mindset.Initiative in process improvement and ability to explain complex things simply.

5.High responsibility and result orientation.
