2. Partner with the team to generate and validate hypotheses (A/B), analyze results, and scale proven approaches.
3. Grow monetization: iterate on paywalls/pricing/trials and improve conversion across purchase flows.
4. Coordinate marketing initiatives: ASA, Google Ads, and testing of new traffic sources.
5. Maintain clear analytics: key metrics, cohort analysis, funnels, retention/LTV.
6. Keep operations transparent: backlog management; syncs with design/engineering/marketing; clear statuses and deadlines.
7. Elevate product quality via user feedback, support insights, and ASO; prioritize tech debt when needed.
What we expect from you
1. 1+ year as a Product Manager (ideally in mobile apps).
2. Fluency with numbers: solid math/logic, experimentation, and A/B testing.

4. Motivation, proactivity, ownership of outcomes, and clear decision communication.
5. Ability to craft growth hypotheses, justify prioritization, and drive initiatives to measurable impact.
