Operations Manager
Kiss My Apps is looking for a proactive and flexible Operations Manager.
You will become the Operations Leader for one of the key business units, taking full ownership of its development and efficiency. This is not merely a support role, but a transformational one, where your decisions (ranging from financial analytics to internal coordination) will directly impact the unit's speed and results. Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. 6+ months in the position in Operations, or related roles (PM, Analyst).
2. Confident command of Google Sheets: practical skills working with Pivot tables and key formulas.
3. Financial literacy: understanding of P&L and experience working with financial reports.
4. English proficiency – B1 and above.
5. High autonomy, self-reliance, super-proactivity, and curiosity.
6. Critical analytics: high internal demandingness, inclination to question inefficient solutions, and a desire for optimization.
Will be a plus:
1. English level B2 (for further career growth).
2. Understanding of IT administration processes: experience with equipment accounting, workplace setup, and internal service administration (Google Workspace, etc.).
The team expects you to:
1. Full assumption and management of the operational activities of your business unit (ownership over retrospectives, groomings, dailies).
2. Autonomous handling of internal processes: from creating technical accounts and accounting to coordination with the legal and financial departments.
3. Financial reporting: working with P&L, Cash Flow, assistance in Opex planning, and financial monitoring.
4. Cross-functional cooperation with all company departments.
5. Proactive search for bottlenecks in processes and initiating changes to optimize the unit's work.
