Product Designer (mobile direction)

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for a Product Designer who will help us scale even faster.

Briefly about the role: you will design interfaces, create functional and visual solutions, conduct user research, and influence the metrics of products used by millions of people. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where your ideas are quickly implemented and directly impact the business.
Your tasks
1. Designing interfaces for mobile applications.
2. Conducting user research and interviews.
3. Generating and validating product and marketing hypotheses.
4. Creating design solutions that combine business goals and user needs.
5. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and analysts to implement and test solutions.
What we expect from you
1. At least 1 year of experience as a Product Designer with mobile applications (must).
2. Proficiency in Figma.
3. Good understanding of typography and layout principles.
4. Habit of checking the quality of your decisions using quantitative and qualitative research.
5. Desire to influence and develop the product.

1. UX Writing skills.
2. Graphic and motion design skills.
3. Basic understanding of key product metrics.

1. The opportunity to directly influence business growth and see the results in specific indicators.
2. Working in an environment where every idea you have matters.
3. Flexibility and independence in decision-making.
4. Participation in shaping the application development strategy and creating new products.
We offer
1. Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, as well as access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
2. Conditions that help you focus on performance: fair compensation that matches your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format and location.
3. Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers just 2–3 years ago. Your impact here isn’t defined by years on your resume — it’s defined by how quickly you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
4. Team activities: To support our team’s mental health, we offer online yoga classes twice a week.
5. Development and professional fulfillment: we host internal English speaking clubs with a native speaker, and offer opportunities to speak at internal and external events by Kiss My Apps. In addition, you’ll have an annual budget to cover up to 50% of the cost of professional conferences, educational events, and training.
6. Additional benefits of your choice: We offer a fixed annual budget for you to decide how to spend — 50% coverage of health insurance, therapy, sports, or dental care. Plus, 40 days of paid vacation and sick leave with no date restrictions.
7. Support during wartime: we provide everything needed for uninterrupted work, systematically support the Defense Forces, and participate in Ukraine’s recovery initiatives.
