Product Designer (web)
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year over year, and we are looking for a Product Designer who will help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role: you will design interfaces, create functional and visual solutions, conduct user research, and influence the metrics of products used by millions of people. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where your ideas are quickly implemented and directly impact the business.
Your tasks
1. Design and optimize high-performing web funnels and user flows for target pages.
2. Generate UX/UI hypotheses and validate them through A/B testing.
3. Analyze competitor flows and extract insights to improve conversion rates.
4. Build design systems using Figma (components, auto-layouts, libraries).
5. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and analysts to implement and test solutions.
What we expect from you
1. 6+ months of experience in UX/UI design/Product Design for web products.
2. Experience working with mobile applications or web products.
3. Proficient in Figma.
4. Basic understanding of product metrics and a strong willingness to learn how to apply them in practice.
5. Strong proficiency in Figma.
6. Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
