Product Lead

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for a Unit Lead/Product Lead who will help one of our divisions scale even faster.

Our goal is to scale our portfolio fourfold in 2026 and twofold in 2027.Why might this sound like a challenge for you?

The answer is simple:
You will be responsible for a portfolio of mobile products (utilities) that already have positive economics and $1 million MRR. These are utilities that help improve productivity, security, and overall user comfort.

What we expect from you:
1. Experience in launching products from 0 to 1 / scaling from 1 to significant sizes;
2. Deep expertise in product management and analytics, understanding of all areas of activity (performance / growth / product);
3. Quality planning skills (financial, operational, and product);
4. Critical thinking and a high level of abstraction;
5. Extensive expertise in working with product businesses: different niches, formats, monetization models, teams, etc.
6. Ability to think boldly and outside the box, solving problems before they become problems.
7. Ability to build and scale systems with a long-term perspective.
8. Strong leadership qualities: you know how to motivate a team, always take responsibility for results, and help those you work with to develop.

The results we want to achieve together with you ⤵
In 3 months:
— you are fully responsible for the unit's results;
— we have a clear vision for the unit's development for the next 6-24 months;
— month-to-month growth with planned increases.

In 6 months:
— the team is fully staffed with all the necessary specialists, taking into account your vision of the composition and structure;
— the business is moving in line with the agreed strategic vision and goals; — financial indicators are in line with the planned ones (or even better than expected 🔥)
The team with which you will achieve these goals will be:
2 Product Managers, designers, QA engineers, developers, product analysts. In particular, you will interact with data analysts, the legal team, HR and recruiting, marketers, and top management at Kiss My Apps.

Important: there is an option to reserve positions for conscripts, provided that they have properly executed military registration documents and the company has internal capacity, as determined in accordance with applicable law.
