Junior Product Manager
You’ll be strengthening the Photo Editor product team — an AI-powered assistant that helps users bring their boldest creative ideas to life and edit photos in just a few clicks.
Your area of responsibility will be the development of traffic channels: ASA, ASA China, and Google.
This is a real opportunity to dive into product analytics, hypothesis testing, and grow alongside experienced mentors while scaling a revenue-generating product that is actively growing.
Your tasks
1. Analyze the performance of ASA, ASA China, and Google traffic channels and generate growth hypotheses.
2. Launch A/B tests, interpret the results, and implement changes together with the team.
3. Work with product and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities.
4. Take part in planning and implementing product updates.
5. Propose both product and technical ideas to improve key metrics like ARPU and ROAS.
6. Collaborate closely with other product managers and the marketing team to meet KPIs.
7. Actively use AI tools to support analysis, automation, and process optimization.
Challenges for the first three months:
- Take ownership of product growth across ASA, ASA China, and Google channels.
- Achieve ROAS ≥30% on ASA, ASA China, and Google.
- Launch at least 5 product/monetization hypotheses, with at least one resulting in ARPU growth of +10%.
