Senior Business Process Manager

Kiss My Apps is looking for a Senior Business Process Manager to help us build transparent, efficient corporate processes that will support our rapid scaling.

Briefly about the role: You’ll be joining the team to build transparent, efficient corporate processes - helping audit, standardize, and automate how teams work. This role offers full autonomy, decision-making power, and a real chance to shape how the company operates. It’s an opportunity to make an impact, learn by doing, and grow fast.

Your tasks

1. Process audit & control: Run regular process reviews, unify audit practices across business units, and identify bottlenecks and risks.

2. Process development: Document workflows through policies, SOPs, RACI matrices, and BPMN diagrams — and keep them up to date as the company evolves.

3. Automation: Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, launch IT/No-Code solutions, and oversee implementation results.

4. Planning & coordination: Ensure transparency of plans, manage cross-department dependencies, and track releases and initiatives.

5. Communication & culture: Facilitate workshops, train teams, and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What we expect from you

1. 3+ years as a Process Manager or 4+ years as an Operations Manager.

2. Proven experience creating process documentation: SOPs, RACI, BPMN.

3. Strong understanding of operational and financial KPIs.

4. Confident user of Miro, Notion, and task trackers (ClickUp).

5. Skilled in simplifying complex ideas and facilitating discussions.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills across departments.

7. A proactive mindset and a drive to improve processes and make an impact.
