Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we are looking for a Chief Product Officer who will help one of our divisions scale even faster.

Why might this sound like a challenge for you?

The answer is simple:
You will be responsible for developing AI-driven mobile and web products in the areas of fitness, nutrition, and longevity. Our strategic goal is for this direction to generate $50M ARR in 2027, have a valuation of 3x revenue, and move towards becoming a fully-fledged separate company.
What we expect from you:
1. experience in launching products from 0 to 1 / scaling from 1 to significant sizes;
2. deep expertise in product management and analytics, understanding of all areas of activity (performance / growth / product);
3. thorough understanding of financial indicators (P&L, Cashflow, etc.) and focus on them in order to make the most profitable decisions;
4. quality planning skills (financial, operational, and product);
5. critical thinking and a high level of abstraction;
6. broad expertise in working with product businesses: different niches, formats, monetization models, teams, etc.;
7. ability to think boldly and outside the box, solving problems before they become problems;
8. ability to build and scale systems with a long-term perspective;
9. strong leadership qualities: you know how to motivate a team, always take responsibility for results, and help those you work with to develop.
It would be great if:
— you have experience launching your own products/building a business/participating in venture capital projects.

The results we want to achieve together with you ⤵
In 3 months:
— An updated strategic vision for business development that will help us achieve x3 ARR;
— Your full ownership of the product portfolio in this area;
— month-over-month growth in metrics;

In 6 months:
— at least one new positioning found and brought to 200k MRR+;
— the team is fully staffed with all the necessary specialists;
— the business is moving in line with the agreed strategic vision and goals; — financial indicators are in line with plans (or even better than expected 😉)
The team with which you will achieve these goals will be:
2 Product Managers, designers, QA engineers, developers, and marketers.
In particular, you will interact with data analysts, the legal team, HR and recruitment, and top management at Kiss My Apps.

7. Support in times of war: we provide everyone with everything they need to work smoothly, systematically support the Defense Forces and join initiatives to restore Ukraine.
Important: there is an option to reserve positions for conscripts, provided that they have properly executed military registration documents and the company has internal capacity, as determined in accordance with applicable law.
