Talent Sourcer
Kiss My Apps is growing at least threefold year-on-year, and we understand that the main driver of this growth is the strong team we have already assembled. To scale even faster, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will act as a partner to the hiring managers team.
Hard and soft skills required for the position:
1. Develop sourcing strategies for vacancies of various grades and areas (with a greater emphasis on middle+ positions).
2. Automate work using modern tools and AI.
3. Collaborate with the hiring team to make the hiring process as open and transparent as possible for them.
5. Create a great candidate experience — we build quality communication with candidates so that they want to work with us.
6. Take a data-driven approach — track your job metrics and implement changes based on data
7. Follow market trends and implement great initiatives. You will have the opportunity to not only participate in recruiting, but also work closely with the PR and HR teams.
The team expects you to:
1. At least 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in a product company.
2. Experience in filling both technical and non-technical vacancies – marketing, product, back office.
3. Experience working with specialized tools for sourcing automation.
4. Understanding of analytical indicators in recruitment and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
5. Proactivity, critical thinking, systematic communication, and a sense of humor.
6. English proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
