We are looking for a Training & Development Lead, someone who will help us scale even faster.
Global goal of the role:
To build a systematic pipeline of high-potential junior specialists and implement a structured approach to developing the team’s key competencies — one that truly drives business growth.
Challenges for the first three months:
-Conduct an audit and research of KMA’s learning and development needs.
- Ensure a strong and high-quality pipeline of interns.
- Launch a training program for mid-level management.

1. A product & project-based approach to learning:
You treat learning as a product: using customer journey mapping, user research, hypothesis validation, testing, and continuous improvement to create meaningful experiences.
2. Analytics & learning effectiveness:
You know how to measure impact — from reach and engagement to progress and ROI — and you can clearly show the business that learning drives results.
3. Project & budget management:
You independently plan initiatives, manage budgets, allocate resources, and meet deadlines without needing reminders. You’re fully in control of your projects.
4. Leadership experience (will be a plus):
You’ve worked with teams or managers before and understand how to collaborate with people at different levels while building scalable systems.

What the hiring process looks like
1. Intro call with a recruiter – up to 45 minutes to discuss your expectations and KMA’s culture.
2. Technical interview with the HR Director.
3. Final interview with the CEO.
