User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads)

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least threefold year over year, and we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will help us scale even faster.

Briefly about the role: You will be responsible for scaling Google Ads for two health & fitness products at once — MealMentor and KivoApp (web2app, web2web). This role is for those who want to be the first Google marketer in a very large, promising niche and work with large budgets.

Your tasks
1. Launching campaigns using Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, GDN. Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns with positive ROAS.
2. Project audit: Conducting a comprehensive analysis of current Google Ads projects. Identifying opportunities for optimization and launching new types of advertising campaigns.
3. Increasing ROAS: Working to increase ROAS for each campaign by increasing conversions and reducing CPA.
4. Monthly advertising spend growth with a target ROMI of 30%+.
5. Impact on the product: Creating hypotheses and testing them to improve key KPIs.
What we expect from you
1. Proficient in Google Ads (Search, UAC, Web2App, PMAX, GDN, Discovery)
2. Deep knowledge and experience with Google Search Ads (including SKAG/GTAG, branded/non-competitive campaigns, A/B testing)
3. Working with bid strategies, automation, and Google Ads scripts (including rule-based and API integrations)

4. Skills in working with Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Amplitude

5. Understanding media planning and ROMI/ROI/ARPU/ARPPU/CPA/CR/CTR calculations

6. Experience in validating hypotheses, working with dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, GA4, etc.)

7. At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (in an agency or product)
