User Acquisition Manager (Meta)
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA is growing at least x3 year over year - and we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help us scale even faster.
Briefly about the role: you will have the opportunity to work on the launch of a new product, SpealsAI — a new mobile application for learning a foreign language that combines personalized dialogues with a voice AI coach and real-life situations. The product is just at the start, so you will have a real impact on its search and traffic scaling from scratch.
Your tasks
1. Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads.
2. Analyze the results of advertising campaigns and monitor marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
3. Testing new approaches to traffic acquisition to improve efficiency.
4. Participation in brainstorming sessions to find creative ideas. Making decisions on how to improve the funnel.
5. Researching competitors, analyzing their advertising channels and approaches to user acquisition.
What we expect from you
1. At least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads (Web) advertising platforms.
2. Experience in managing large budgets.
3. Excellent knowledge of marketing metrics.
4. Experience with data, metrics and analytical tools.
5. Initiative and desire to develop.
6. Proactivity.
7. Attention to detail and responsibility.
